Milwaukee City Center...Cookin up a Storm.

A little snow didn’t hold back the Milwaukee City Center from cookin’ up their own storm in the kitchen! On Thursday, January 8th, the Milwaukee City Center whipped up three delicious recipes with Chef Rebecca Guralnick at the Milwaukee Public Market. Those who braved the weather were able to watch and participate in the cooking demo. Chef Becca demonstrated Scallop BLT Poppers, Sweet and Smoky Beet Sliders with Minted Yogurt, and the Warm Arborio Rice Pudding.
