AGAIN, for a fifth year . . . IIDA and ASID of wisconsin have

teamed-up to bring you NeoConsin 2024! 

Join us on October 10, 2024 from 9am-7pm for Wisconsin's own NeoCon...NeoConsin. NeoConsin is here to serve our WI membership and the representatives that support our organizations. This year's event will be held indoors at Monona Terrace in Madison, WI to help meet the growing response for vendor participation. Anticipate seeing all of your favorite reps! Mark your calendars to visit and view the many new product launches! Attendance is free.

9:30-11am Keynote / CEU Presentation

11:00-5pm Vendor Fair (Lunch Provided for All Attendees) - Event space A&B

5:00-7pm Happy Hour (Appetizers & Full-Service Cash Bar) - Community Terrace

Keynote Information

Are you curious about how Artificial Intelligence (AI) can revolutionize the way we work together in the workplace? Lisa Proeber, owner of The Middle Six, will show us through our own behavioral data how workplace and AI collide. Lisa will help us understand how AI can help teams work more effectively together in tandem with the workspace, whether that means in the office or working remotely. She will share with us how AI can be used to level set teams by providing scientifically validated behavioral data. Prior to the workshop, all attendees are requested to answer two questions using the provided link. During the event, you will receive your personalized results and have the opportunity to review them.

This keynote is a great opportunity for us to understand how AI can enhance teamwork and productivity in the workplace. The content will provide valuable insights on the future of work and how technology plays a crucial role in shaping our interactions and collaborations.

Vendor & Booth Information

Indoor conference space with 10’ back drop, 3’ side drapes in black (floor will NOT be carpeted this year)
Set up and take down information will be included in Vendor Packet sent by committee in September.
Set up day before 2pm -7pm. Same day set up from 7am-10:30am
Take down same day as event after 5pm Vendor site map will be provided after registration has closed
Large delivery time slots available if needed, must be noted at time of registration. Committee will follow up with your assigned time slot closer to the event. (Large delivery assumes box truck or similar).
Single Booth Includes: 10 x 10 space, (1) 2.6’x8’ table w/black covering (not to floor), (1) chair, (1) Lunch
Double Booth Includes: 20 x 10 space, (2) 2.6’x8’ table w/black coverings (not to floor), (2) chairs, (2) Lunch
20 Double Booths; 86 Single Booths Available (first come, first serve)

Adjacency Options:
- One adjacency with NO pipe & drape between booths can be requested at registration, but is not guaranteed.

Electric available $100 per booth (must be purchased additionally at check out).
Box Lunch will be provided day of.
A full-service cash bar open all day for any refreshment needs.
Giveaways & snacks at booths permitted as desired. (No alcohol service or giveaways allowed, per venue.)
Option to participate in Bingo Card Raffle - must supply a minimum $25.00 raffle gift - company logo will be added to attendee bingo cards.

Neoconsin is hosted for our WI membership and the representatives that support our WI chapters. Booth registration submittals will be reviewed for relevance to our industry and our membership community. Final confirmation of booth location and acceptance will be emailed closer to the event
