2026 Vendor Details:

• Mandatory Vendor information session: 
  • This mandatory call will give you an opportunity to ask questions about set up and learn where to find vendor information.
  • One (1) representative from each vendor will be required to attend a pre-event info call on TBD (invite sent to main contact)
• Set up information is provided within 3 weeks of the event and emailed to the main contact listed during registration
  • Vendor packet with event information can be found below.
• A link will be sent directly from Valley to request ala carte exhibit items (additional table + chairs, misc tradeshow needs)

• Each booth purchased includes the registration of (1) representative.  Additional representatives must be registered separately for $30.

• This event is marketed to all ASID and IIDA WI members. 

• Vendor site map will be provided with booth location within 2 weeks of the event
• 2026 Booth options:
  • (135) 8' x 8' booths
  • For DOUBLE BOOTHS: purchase (2) single booths and request your adjacency in registration
    • example A: a single company would like a double booth - register for 2 single booths using the same company name (register 1 booth attendee for each booth)
    • example B: two companies would like a double booth - register for 2 single booths and request adjacency (register 1 booth attendee for each booth)
• Single booth INCLUDES (unless otherwise requested at registration): 
  • 8' x 8' space
  • (1) 30" x 8'-0" table w/ tablecloth
  • (1) chairs
  • (1) buffet lunch provided (additional personnel can be added at registration for a charge)
• Additional booth exhibitors can be registered with your booth for $30 each (includes buffet lunch)
  • DO NOT register as an attendee
• Electrical can be purchased at time of registration for $100 per booth
• Booth spaces will be filled in a first come, first served basis
• Full-service bar is open for any refreshment needs
• Giveaways and snacks at booths permitted as desired - alcohol may not be served at individual booths per venue contract
• There will NOT be a raffle organized by the committee, but you are welcome to hold your own and follow up with the winner.
